Barney was a Genetics Society funded UROP student who did a summer placement in the lab. He’s currently working as a Bioinformatician at the University of Oxford.
Bobby first joined the lab as a rotation student on the MRes Molecular and Cellular Biosciences program and then continued working with the lab as a Bioinformatician.

James completed a 20-week project as a part of his BSc in Medical Biosciences at ICL under the supervision of Dr. Nathan Skene and Alan Murphy, investigating the impact of increasing known non-biallelic SNPs on the functionality of the MungeSumStats formatting package in R.
Ji was a visiting Undergraduate Student who is now pursuing his medicine (MBBS) degree at Imperial College London.
Jose was a Postdoctoral Researcher who is now working as a Research Fellow at the University of Valencia.
Kristina was a visting Master’s student from the Vrije University Amsterdam. She is now pursuing her PhD at Erasmus MC (Rotterdam, the Netherlands).
Leyla was a visiting MSc degree student in the lab. Currently, she is doing her PhD on multi-omic investigation of cortical interneuron development and specification at King’s College London.
Lusheng was a visiting MSc Student in Applied Genomics (Imperial College London).
Oliwia was a final year undergraduate student from Medical Biosciences (ICL) and worked on a project investigating the epigenetic mechanisms of a rotenone PD model in Sarah Marzi’s lab at the UKDRI, which sparked her novel interest in epigenetics.

Under the supervision of Dr. Nathan Skene and Brian Schilder, Sheen worked on her third-year research project (Medical Biosciences, ICL), benchmarking cell type enrichment for genome-wide disease signatures.
